How do I become a member?
Memberships requirements:
1) Live within boundaries and be a resident;
2) Fill out the membership application;
3) Attach proper membership dues as noted on application and mail to address noted in the application.

What is the objective and purpose of the HOA?
HOA goals and objectives are the plans and standards that a homeowners’ association (HOA) sets to maintain and improve the community. HOA boards are elected by residents and are responsible for enforcing bylaws, collecting dues, overseeing common areas and addressing resident concerns. Some common HOA goals include streamlining and modernizing operations, boosting community participation, and safety.
Why should I become a member?
Becoming a member of a Homeowners Association (HOA) has several potential benefits: property value protection, increased community pride, social opportunities, maintenance of common areas, community involvement, and self-governance. As a paid HOA member voting rights are established for various neighborhood initiatives including expenditures for budget and ad hoc expenses, Board member elections, and many social events without charges.
How do I become a board member?
Board members shall consist of not less than nine (9) and not more than eighteen (18) members. All members of the board shall consist of members of the corporation, who remain in good standing. Whenever a vacancy in the membership of the Board shall occur, the remaining members of the board shall have the power, by a majority vote, to select a member of the association to serve the unexpired term of the vacancy.
How do I become an Executive Officer?
Executive offices are President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Recording Secretary, and Corresponding Secretary. Executive officers must be members of the Board of Directors. They shall be appointed as soon as possible after election of the Board of Directors and are typically volunteers with specific skill sets capable of performing job description. Often the executive officers are selected by vote of the Board.
