Community Input Needed for Railroad Underpass Study — March 5
Plans to convert a railroad crossing into an underpass at East Sunrise Boulevard and North Flagler Drive in Fort Lauderdale will be discussed at a meeting on Thursday, March 5.

Your voice is essential as we explore ways to enhance connectivity and support long‑term community growth. The proposed effort will examine the feasibility of constructing five roadway–railroad underpasses with the goal of:
- Improving mobility and accessibility
- Increasing travel options and modal choice
- Creating new and active transportation connections
- Identifying opportunities for infrastructure hardening
- Preparing the region for future growth and economic development
