It is now possible to pay your annual SIHA Dues online. We accept credit card, debit card, ACH and Zelle.

Visit https://www.sunriseintracoastal.org/payments/ to choose whichever form works best for you. Dues for 2025 is $1,200. Those who can are encouraged to donate more.

SIHA Annual Meeting — April 6

Security and Budget Meeting Presentation Update — Jan 16

Thank you to all who attended the recent Budget and Security meeting at George English Park, where we discussed increasing costs and security options. About 50 neighbors attended!

For those who were unable to attend the Jan. 15 meeting, the board’s presentation is located in the “Members Only” section, which requires your passcode. 

Chanukah Celebration — Dec. 29

Sewer Smoke Testing — Dec 2-6

Sunrise Intracoastal residents should have received a door flyer announcing a City of Fort Lauderdale smoke test on the sewer system conducted by Ardurra Group Inc. As the flyer noted, the smoke is odorless, non-toxic, non-staining, creates no fire hazard and should not enter the home. The process should be completed by late Friday afternoon. Hazardous Waste Drop-off — Nov. 23

Residents can drop off their hazardous waste this Saturday, November 23, 2024, at Mills Pond Park, 2201 NW 9th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33311. The event is open from 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Residents MUST register beforehand, by the deadline of Friday Nov. 22 at 12 p.m. This event includes free document shredding.
